In the event an order is placed with us, it is immediately assessed in terms of the quantity and the complexity or simplicity of the patterns ordered by a client. This has a great bearing on the time required to tie each order and process it for shipping. On our part as fisher’s castle, we strive to ship orders on time and meet our clients set deadlines.

When placing an order, kindly include the correct shipping address at the point of checkout, to ensure the order does not end up elsewhere to avoid inconvenience. All Prepared order packages by Fishers Castle Company, are accompanied by a declaration of contents and an invoice.

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at time of delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding these charges. Tip : Taxes and duties are mostly calculated based on the actual fly order listed price, We by default declare a lower price.

We ship our orders using either of the following courier services: Aramex, DHL or EMS postal service whose choice solely depends on your pick at the point of checkout. Courier orders take 3- 4 days to be delivered and an online tracking no. is provided. Rest assured that your order package will get to you which you will have to sign for upon receiving.

RETURNS

Fishers castle Ltd will accept returns on any defective fly order within 3 days. The item MUST be unused and in the condition in which they were received. Shipping cost on any returns will also be billed to the buyer. * Please check this page often for any shipping information changes that may affect an otherwise smooth transaction.

PAYMENT DETAILS

At fisher’s castle we understand the rampant cases of internet fraud and the trust issues that may arise with our new clients. It is in line with this that we have a registered company under the Kenya’s company act that can be verified and work with internet resources such Escrow and PayPal that serve to reduce fraud and improve international trade via the internet.

Once an order is placed, the total cost is calculated which includes shipping charges. The client is then required to wire 50% of the cost of the order (first payment) DIRECTLY TO THE COMPANIES ACCOUNT or to our PAYPAL ACCOUNT for the work of tying the flies to commence and deposit the remainder 50% (second payment) with ESCROW. Escrow is a financial arrangement where a third party holds and regulates payment of the funds required for two parties involved in a given transaction. It helps making transactions more secure by keeping the payment in a secure escrow account which is only released when all the terms of the agreement are met by both the seller and the buyer as overseen by the escrow company.

Escrow simply requires an easy sign up by the client. Once you have a verified account select the category 'Start transaction', once there select the 'type of transaction' as 'General merchandise' and what your role is in the transaction, in which case you will select 'buyer'. It is from this point that you fill in the remainder 50% (second payment) amount and you complete the transaction. Under Advanced options select Seller as the payer of escrow fees, under shipment method select No shipping needed since it is already charged on our site and finally select Buyer as the payer of the shipping as calculated in the total cost breakdown.

Alternatively, Fishers castle company limited understands that this can be a cumbersome process for new users/ clients and thus provide the option of 'Starting transactions' on your behalf in the Escrow portal and you just simply get an email outlining what you are supposed to deposit with escrow. After tying the order, the client will be notified of its completion via email. Once Fishers castle is notified by escrow that a client has deposited the remainder 50% of the cost, the process of shipping the order begins and the client is provided with the tracking number.

For our repeat customers who we have a well developed working relationship with, we provide you with the option of wiring the full cost of the order or the remainder 50%, directly to our company’s bank account, in which case the order will be shipped immediately after its completed without any delays.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The package inspection period is three days. ALL Shipping costs are covered by the client for both completed orders and returned packages for error assessment. All Taxes accrued while clearing packages at respective collection points are covered by the clients.
